Pros
Benefits are amazing, and planes are comfortable and spacious for a regional aircraft. Has a lot of potential.
Cons
flight hour pay is very low, they start off at 17.45 per hour, that sounds good to most, but what they don't tell you is that you will be paid per FLIGHT hour, so you are only paid while the aircraft is moving. We are guaranteed 75 hours a month on reserve . Whether you fly or not. We barely fly 50 hours a month. ( the reason for the guarantee. ) so before taxes and benefits are taken out you will make 1308.00 a month . 16-19,000.00 a year give or take if you pick up on your off days and the per diem helps as well. It's a good job, but you have to be flexible with the company, and know it's going to be financially rough for a couple years, but will get better after year two or three.
