Pros
There is such a sense of family amongst the crew which makes the job fun and satisfying. Since its regional we're never too far from home or too long away from our families. The union is very active and proactive and a real benefit to the flight attendants.
Cons
We do the same job as the large mainline companies but, are paid considerably less for the same work.
