Pros
Great family atmosphere, Higher start pay than other regional airlines. There are only two aircraft to learn. You work for all three mainline carriers and get flying benefits on all three! Part of a union.
Cons
On reserve for a while. Occurrence for calling in sick. You must work for at least 10 years with the company and be 55 to retire. While this is a perk, the retirement flight benefits are nit with all three carriers. American offers none and so the choices are Delta and United.
