Pros
Good Coworkers, Lower Management cares about their individual employees, opportunities to learn and gain industry experience, flight benefits, willingness of others to help and teach, company does have events from time to time
Cons
Culture is lacking although improvements are in work currently, pay is low, 401k matching isn't that great, not enough vacation time, poor communication from upper management
