Pros
Good Company to work for..Crews are great...and can move up fast within in company if you stick with it. Great layovers and there is always constant change which makes it exciting...
Cons
Whenever there is bad weather..crew scheduling falls apart. Treated like a number..instead of people who you rely on to make the airline. Pilots don't have a contract and it can make a trip hard.
