Great co-workers, maintenance, and aircraft.
Cons
Horrible, horrible pay. First year pay with common deductions wasn't uncommon to get a paycheck under $400 for 2 week pay period. After 1st year pay first officers will still struggle to earn a living (even by regional standards). Understaffed, and overworking employees that are still here.
