      Pros are the flight benefits.

      Cons

      Cons are the gray areas in our contract and the feeling of being "replaceable" at any given second. And the extent of 3-6 years on reserve in Chicago is ridiculous.

      Typical depressing work environment. Right on par with classic corporate America. High expectations with normal midwest pay.
