Horrible upper management (both certificates), HR is NOT helpful at all, and just sits around doing nothing but trying to get people fired along with friends in upper management. The CEO calls himself a religious guy but he is judgmental and doesn't care about anyone but his large family, their mansion in Indiana, and his yearly bonuses! The upper management view flight attendants as "replaceable" , "not intelligent", "not needed for long term". BE AWARE they have a extremely HIGH turn over rate! They will come up with anything to terminate you since they have a 9 month probation period and they will be sneaky and try to do it just as you would be getting off probation. I now see why pilots hate the company, they treat them just as bad and they still don't have a agreed union contract! LOTS of CANCELLATIONS all the time! Watch your paycheck too, they seem to make A LOT of "mistakes" and "administrative errors". The union is useless! They must be paid by the company because when you need them, they never get back to you! We tried to get AFA union but the company didn't want that so they botched the voting ballets. Secret voting was done through mail with regular see through envelopes and there were NO FLIGHT ATTENDANTS present when ballets were counted. Also, ex employees got ballets and some got multiple ballets... fair, I don't think so!
