Pros
Training is paid for and hotel is provided. Get off reserve relatively fast.
Cons
The training materials are dated and needs to be updated. The instructors aside from a couple which you can tell have been doing it for a while need to be better trained and informed if they are to train incoming flight attendants. Also management looks for every option to send you home as all are replaceable instead of investing in great candidates and working to improve possible weaknesses. Also you can't really move up
