Upper and most middle management has remained the same and therefore has the same mentality- treat employees as something easily replaced.That is always clear. Definitely cronyism and favoritism running rampant within this company! More so than with most companies as they are also afraid of losing their jobs! The "mission statement" has always been a joke! Trainers are usually not qualified to teach either, training is ridiculous!
