Pros
Flight benefits if you have a position where you have enough days off to use them. The people are generally friendly. You will bond with many people you work with, as long as you aren't management. Management is overstaffed right now, so about half will lose their jobs after the two airlines become one. It's entertaining watching them all fight for relevance to keep their jobs.
Cons
Corporate keeps pushing this "new company culture" onto everyone, in an attempt to make managers more friendly and less mean. They looked at Employee Satisfaction Surveys where employees got to voice their opinion about how they want higher pay, more paid holidays, more vacation time and a respectable match to the 401K, and they decided to not give any of those things, but they did make the dress code more relaxed so employees could wear jeans, unless they were meeting with a client/code share partner that day. Then management in several departments trumped this and won't let their employees wear jeans. So much for the new company culture!
