First of all this company is stingy, very meager pay you barely live on the salary. People are always leaving the department, no one stays more than 2 years. The inflight training leadership team is the most inexperienced, they have never flown, so they have no clue about people management and flight attendant life.
The managers and supervisors have a very solid clique and they gossip about everyone and hate associates. They use HR as a weapon and literally every 2 weeks you are being questioned about every little thing. They keep a paper trail.
And then there are the senior (online instructors), these are untouchable, they do whatever they want like they own the company. They talk anyhow and gossip all day.
If you have a choice, don't work there, they micro manage until they fire you.
Watch your back while there, hypocrites every where.
