Pros

Medical insurance and matching 401K are the only positives for this company.

Cons

Management is constantly changing/reorganizing creating low morale which is ignored. With new management come new policies and procedures creating uncertainty and stress. Invariably the new policies and procedures implemented by new managers is a rehash of what they did before at a previous job which didn’t work then and doesn’t work now. The review system is terrible with the vast majority of employees getting a ‘Meets Expectations’ when about 25% of the employees probably exceed expectations and 25% are most likely performing below expectation. It is the opinion that performance ratings are manipulated to bypass having to explain to the exceptional employees why they are not going to get a merit rate increase or having to create performance improvement plans for underperforming employees. HR does nothing to insure the integrity of the review process. There is a disconnect between the five R’s and the reality of how company management conducts business. Instead of integrity, honesty and doing the right thing, the focus is on doing as little as possible to get by.

Pros

We used to have to come in every morning and stay in the office for at least an hour, then go out into the field, come back at least an hour before 5pm and stay in the office. They changed it so we only have to come in in the morning and it's so much nicer.

Cons

I really didn't get along with the sales manager. On my first day, the manager who hired me announced he was leaving. About two weeks into my employment, the new sales manager wanted to make crazy changes to show his authority. It went downhill from there. He made major cutbacks and the things he kept where supposed to be thought of as gifts, such as bottled water.
