Pros
Upper management very friendly and approachable; open communication direct from the CEO with quarterly town hall meetings at corporate office; good promote from within plan; can easily transfer between departments after 1 year; health benefits offered diverse variety and build a plan option so you control costs and benefits.
Cons
While the company has a comparatively generous PTO plan (3 weeks of vacation in year 2), there is no flexibility to negotiate anything more or an option to take additional unpaid time off. Holidays are slight. Corporate office is crowded and those in cube farms can easily feel overlooked as valued employees. Also cubicles have short walls so there is nothing to block out distraction and is difficult to focus on job.
