-poor communication from management unless it affects them -lies about internal moving/promotions will outsource hire first - will not care for your goals and expectations within the company - no job security, they will tell you no one is getting let go then fire an entire department the next week and give out a severance package to keep from paying unemployment - Most issues will not be fixed unless HR is involved or someone higher up within the chain of managementnt gets a earful
