Pros

Strong market presence, Great product vision, roadmap and value.

Cons

Brand new management from the C-suite down - Nepotism and cronyism at its worst with gangs forming in nearly every department with "new hires" vs "existing staff". Middle management heavy with a lot of new "VPs". Turn over is like I've never seen before. A lot of the key people who were responsible for the company's success have been pushed out the door and quickly replaced by former coworkers of the CEO. Reputation.com for a long time was a wonderful place to work, amazing culture, rewarding work, just overall a great place to be in but things have gone downhill over the last year in a big way. Incompetence in company direction is at an all time high.

Pros

*Benefits are a bit pricey, but you'll be well covered *Great coworkers *Lunch for in office workers.

Cons

*Constant layoffs. Even after leaving I'm still seeing a lot of former colleagues being let go. Great talent has been let go to cut costs. *Pay is much lower than industry average and it seems there is no budget to increase pay. *Platform has bugs and issues that were never resolved by engineering, leaving teams to develop work arounds and frustrating clients. *For bugs that are addressed, solutions take weeks to months to get fixed frustrating clients and resulting in churn. *Lack of direction and leadership. All teams are on their own path without clear direction. *No 401k match.
