Pros
The hiring and onboarding experience is one of the best I've experienced in my career. The talent acquisition manager I worked with was amazing. She did a great job representing the company culture, had a clear knowledge of the role and team, and was able to keep the interview process moving quickly. In terms of onboarding, I was able to get up to speed quickly due to friendly and helpful coworkers and was able to start making an impact quickly. Other pros: -Kind and smart coworkers who are willing to help reach common goals. -Options for remote work and/or going into the office in certain locations. -Fun to be at a rapidly growing, fast-moving company where your ideas are valued. -Good benefits, unlimited vacation along with company "recharge days" off to help encourage people to actually take days off. -Good company-wide communication with regular "Alls Hands" calls hosted by our CEO
Cons
The only con I've observed is more general to being at a rapidly growing company- there are elements of project management and process that still need to be built or refined. However, again this is expected and not a bad con to have as many are easily solvable with the right people involved and having too much process can be a bad thing as well.
