Pros

Extremely friendly atmosphere. Great benefits. Free lunch provided multiple times a week. Free Snacks everyday. Amazing HR and Admins. Beautiful office with top of the line amenities. Flexible schedules and great PTO/Sick time. On-boarding is great and seamless for the most part.

Cons

Company has a history of out-sourcing via temp agencies off-shores and domestically (hard to become a full-fledged employee at the entry level). Terrible off-boarding process. Unprofessional executives, management, and leadership. Growth is difficult without maintaining a friendship with the shot-callers. Very likely to conduct layoffs even though they have stated numerous times to be against it.

Pros

*Benefits are a bit pricey, but you'll be well covered *Great coworkers *Lunch for in office workers.

Cons

*Constant layoffs. Even after leaving I'm still seeing a lot of former colleagues being let go. Great talent has been let go to cut costs. *Pay is much lower than industry average and it seems there is no budget to increase pay. *Platform has bugs and issues that were never resolved by engineering, leaving teams to develop work arounds and frustrating clients. *For bugs that are addressed, solutions take weeks to months to get fixed frustrating clients and resulting in churn. *Lack of direction and leadership. All teams are on their own path without clear direction. *No 401k match.
