-Inclusive work place with a culture built for hard work and growth -The leadership team is made up of experienced people that lead by example -The teams are very supportive and open minded, you can ask anyone for help at anytime. -Work life balance is am important part of the culture and time off is encouraged when needed

Fully remote with HQ in Canada can be isolating at times.

Rapidly growing tech startup in the hospitality + service partner space. I've had a wonderful ~9 months here, and anticipate a lot of fun, fast-paced growth ahead. As with any startup, there is rapid change, development, team changes, and the needs of the business shift. If you look at ResQ through that logical lens, it's an incredible place to work where you'll get to experience a ton of career growth, fast, on-the-job learning, and the ability to make an impact.

Cons

If you're looking for a role/company where you can sit back and just collect a paycheck, look elsewhere! ResQ requires thoughtful endurance and a positive mindset. None of this is a 'negative', just sharing the reality of joining an early-stage startup.
