Pros

The company takes staff with no experience so it's a starting block for those new to the industry. Other than that, the only real positive of working here was the team I worked with. This changes depending on the department you work in, but my team was amazing.

Cons

You can choose between working overtime, or falling behind and when you do fall behind, the company doesn't do anything to support you. Communication and collaboration is really poor between teams, leaving each team following a different process which causes conflicts and delays. Pay is poor, and if you ask for more even if you are able to prove your contribution to the company they just tell you that you aren't worth the money and maybe you'll get a pay rise later. Perks are basically non existent, unless you count a branded backpack and a bonus with criteria that is completely out of your control. While the training budget exists you'll be lucky to see it. You can push for months to use it but they are very good at finding excuses to delay the process. Training in general is poor, with limited or sometimes no resources which considering the company hire staff with no experience is a big problem. They will dangle the carrot of promotions and pay rises for months to get you to work harder but make every excuse under the sun to not actually have to follow through. There is no real space for progression here, so if you are career driven this is not the place for you. Staff have been making the same comments for years both while employed and following exit interviews, it is clear they are not being listened to.
