Pros

Small company and easy to approach leaders, they were considerate about firing people by compensation and giving time to apply but it came all of a sudden. Indian MD and HR were supportive in providing support but at end of the day they do not have a say in the organisational decisions.

Cons

No Road map and it was a bad experience and a bad stint in my professional carrier. The India team is just head count and the business is from UK and they are a bit of a joke and considers Indians as cheap labour and still living the pre colonial era. Trusting on certain individuals and who are manipulating data for their own individual job security. Sad to see this happening.

My boss and coworkers were all very cool, we had a small team and had daily meetings so it all felt very tight knit
