Bad leadership - not a worth it change - Anonymous employee Resman Employee Review

If you are looking for a good work-life balance this is not a company for you. Even for a startup company, you expect to have some level of work-life balance. Here there is none, if your job profile is very crucial/ important. I have met some of the most arrogant upper management. Some of the new executives - omg. They are very selfish, your hard work will not matter, a very back-biting environment. I feel after a very important leader left the organization, the ethical downfall started. I have repented joining the organization multiple times and please do look at the low rated feedback at Glassdoor and make ur own judgement. Don’t especially change ur job for a better title or money, not worth it. All the good feedbacks at Glassdoor seem like the set of people who are favored and yes there is favoritism in this organization. Coming from a really diverse, employee valued company, this was a drastic change. Really repent this decision.
