Pros

If you are willing to put in the work, your efforts don't go un-noticed. Being valued and encouraged to be the best version of yourself is always rewarding when your employer backs you 100%. The culture of the company has shifted in favor of the employees. We aren't just a number on a payroll spreadsheet! Employees are valued, empowered to do their job to the best of their ability, and given the necessary guidance to grow our careers!

Cons

I wish we were 5 years in the future! This way we could bypass the growing pains most (if not all) companies experience in their growth stages.

Thanks for sharing your experience! I agree with you about being five years in the future, but the growing pains we experience now are so important in determining our future success! You’ve always heard me say that I want our company to be as transparent as possible, but I also want to make sure you are being heard as well. This year we’ve implemented quarterly team member surveys, but I know we can continue to improve on listening to our team members. Thanks again for such valuable feedback.

2 paychecks a month, not much else.

Cons

This place has to be the most unprofessional, disorganized mess I have ever seen. A tremendous amount of toxic behavior, lack of standards and mismanagement. Inappropriate for the workplace inconsistent behavior I witnessed, overt psychological and unchecked actions I've personally witnessed lead to people leaving, especially by the leader Keisha in there Customer Advocacy Partner department. Keep looking, I promise there is something better than this place.
