Don't believe the Veneer they try to put up - Sales Resman Employee Review

The people you work with are some of the most arrogant people I have ever worked with. So many people walk around like they are the most important people of all time and what's hilarious is the people who are actually bringing in money are often times the nicest most helpful people in the org. There are tons of entitled people at this organization who act like simply by the fact that they show up they should be paid six figures for doing the bare minimum. This company does not hold all employees to the same standards as some are allowed to do absolutely nothing and still get credit because their literally being delivered results on a silver platter. They often times will hire people outside of the organization who have no experience selling into the industry and never take the time to learn the process on how to. They assume that because something worked at their old job it will work here and anyone in this profession knows that this is not the case. All around not a great experience and would not recommend them to anyone.
