      Competitive Salary. Beautiful Facility.

      Cons

      Work/Life balance is said to be encouraged but by personal experience was not supported. Company has suffered greatly from growing pains. High turnover from career seekers wanting to gain experience then moving on.

      Thanks for the feedback - work/life balance is incredibly important here at ResMed, and I'm sorry you didn't experience that support. Maybe some folks think I'm joking when I say that the best ResMedian is someone who shows up Monday powered-up by a beautiful weekend with family and friends... I'm not joking, I know it's true!       Good benefits and they generally do prioritize learning and growth

      Cons

      The politics and maneuvering are too much at times. It is mostly engineering led which means nothing really ever gets shipped.
