      Pros

      The people at ResMed are kind, intelligent and passionate about improving patient lives. The products we make are solving problems for people with sleep apnea, copd and chronic diseases. With two young children that I leave everyday, I want to be confident that I have a rewarding career that will help me and my family prosper and ResMed has offered that.

      There are no cons at ResMed that aren't common to any place of business.

      Good benefits and they generally do prioritize learning and growth

      Cons

      The politics and maneuvering are too much at times. It is mostly engineering led which means nothing really ever gets shipped.
