      The quality system can serve as text book for medical device company. From product requirement trace to validation protocol and acceptance criteria, very clear. Smart people to work with. Work Life balance. Flexible. Reasonable pay. Good

      Cons

      Flat structures, lack of Eng2, 3, 4 etc. to climb up for young engineer. Thus salary progress is low.

      Good benefits and they generally do prioritize learning and growth

      Cons

      The politics and maneuvering are too much at times. It is mostly engineering led which means nothing really ever gets shipped.
