      Pros

      People are lovely. They really care about their employees - good work life balance, interesting projects, extra days off for mental health, great health insurance package, senior management seemed to listen to feedback from their employees, supportive HR.

      Cons

      The statement "people don't leave jobs, they leave managers" is definitely true. Unfortunately this is what happened to me.

      Good benefits and they generally do prioritize learning and growth

      Cons

      The politics and maneuvering are too much at times. It is mostly engineering led which means nothing really ever gets shipped.
