      Pros

      Great upper management. They do everything they can to schedule you to work closely to home. Cool technology, data analysis and applications to reservoir optimization.

      Cons

      100% travel position. It can be hard to live in a hotel room for extended periods of time but that's the oil field.

      Good benefits and they generally do prioritize learning and growth

      Cons

      The politics and maneuvering are too much at times. It is mostly engineering led which means nothing really ever gets shipped.
