      work life balance as can work from home for 4 days and only work at office for 1 day only

      Cons

      mismatch of the role title and job scope , during job application and interview session they mention customer service , but after joined in company only know that have to do inside sales and have to hit sales kpi and target which is very tiring

      Good benefits and they generally do prioritize learning and growth

      Cons

      The politics and maneuvering are too much at times. It is mostly engineering led which means nothing really ever gets shipped.
