      Pay and benefits were adequate. Flexible schedules

      Very cliquish environment. Very minimal training--must be a self-starter and be able to problem solve on your own. Do not trust others to have your back, everyone looks out for themselves and will throw others under the bus to look good.

      Fantastic people, supportive culture and good benefits. The company is growing rapidly so there are many opportunities to grow. Good work/life balance.

      It's a time of growth so new systems and updated processes are a regular which can feel like a lot of change if you haven't experienced a growing company before.
