Great coffee machine. Some nice people.

Cons

Management is losing business and blames it on sales. They play with numbers to keep corporate from addressing issues due to incompetence of upper management. Most employees are actively looking for other jobs. Pay is poor.

Fantastic people, supportive culture and good benefits. The company is growing rapidly so there are many opportunities to grow. Good work/life balance.

Cons

It's a time of growth so new systems and updated processes are a regular which can feel like a lot of change if you haven't experienced a growing company before.
