Got lucky to have a scored a position with RMC after leaving the service. I could tell immediately that RMC’s leadership cares for their people, and even the senior level leadership (President and CEO) are very approachable. Not just lip service… After comparing companies/benefits with my colleagues, this company seems to have m it all, from 100% Free Education benefits to monthly birthday lunches. Definitely plan to ride this contract for as long as possible.
