Pros
Great leadership team, culture, co-workers, and clients. Solid benefits package overall, and the 100% tuition/certification reimbursement is better than anywhere else. For certifications the company will also invest in the resources you need to pass on the first try, which is bar none.
Cons
Outside of client-facing work, there is no room to grow. The company is fast growing and ambitious, so the opportunity for business development and new capture support could be made available. But, unless you're interfacing with leadership at HQ you will be excluded from these activities regardless of whether or not you bring experience/capability. The same can be said about getting to program manager level. The company rarely hires externally for the position, and there is very little opportunity to grow to this level regardless of your experience and capabilities.
