Very poorly managed - Teacher Responsive Education Solutions Employee Review

I was lied to in my interview, promised bonuses and raises that never materialized, had my safety disregarded, and forced to take on significant amounts of work outside of my job description without compensation. Administration will sing whatever song they need to onboard staff, and then stretch them as thin as they can while doing as little work as they can get away with. You will be expected to do the work of 2-3 people and not even be able to take a bathroom break. Aggressively micromanaged. Unrealistic expectations. Flippant attitude towards concerns.
