Pros

Good company culture and most of the employees enjoyed what they were doing. Loved the wellness program. Management was on board with corporate values.

Cons

Questionable leadership and management decisions. Though leadership preaches about corporate values, they do not enforce it when it comes to mistakes by owning up to it. Good talent tends to come and go.
