Pros
Excellent employees! Caring - this really feels like family - and talented - I'm surrounded by the best. We're an open-book company (In the Light core value), which is refreshing and comforting. We have excellent benefits and a kick-butt wellness program with an on-site fitness facility (a new giant one slated for completion spring 2016) including personal trainers. I feel like I'm cared for as a person and my needs for well-being are always addressed.
Cons
Restek was founded on principles that are difficult to hang onto in such a rapidly-growing company, but we're trying. I think that the ideas are still there needs to be evolution in the core values, the employee-owners, the business model, and the leadership.
