Poor administration - MHT Restpadd Employee Review

Administration puts employees on the back burner and money is the priority no matter what the cost. Leadership is lacking in leading anything. There’s little to no training for new staff. No evaluations for current staff, the only feedback you get is when you do something wrong. MHT supervisor is the maintenance man and is better at maintenance than supervising employees.
