There are no pros to working there.

Cons

There was no training to speak of It was supposed to be two weeks of training, but all we did was sit around and wait until everyone's systems were up and everyone's certifications were completed. There was no training on the systems we were to use, the scripts we were expected to use, or the products we were selling. They couldn't even put together some training materials for us to study. At the end of the alleged training period, they told us we were being put on the phones and everyone was completely lost. There were also issues with timesheet corrections and corresponding pay corrections.
