Pros
Except for no phones on the floor they are laid back, some of the upper staff are nice and understanding. Great bonuses if you hit all your goals.
Cons
The comcast area has un organized managent, weak training to become higher up, their HR lady is rude and can't keep up with her duties even with an assistant and their benefits are a complete joke, they are to $$ for poor quality of benefits. They should just cancel them and save themselves the embarrassment. They don't care to much about their employees when personal matters come up.
