Pros
I loved working here since it was my first time working in the Call Center Industry and I got to learn a lot. I got to travel abroad and learn from people with way more experience than the people that I was working with back in my hometown site.
Cons
The way that Management decides who gets to be promoted and who doesn't isn't as fair as one would wish. At least at the site where I got the opportunity to work. You have to be an ass-kisser in order to be considered.
