Pros

Decent hourly pay, they started us at $12 and after 60 days they bumped us up to $13

Cons

Everything else, they promised all these incentives for sales that we made for wellcare. They neglected to tell everyone that you had to have your QA and Adherence above 90%. That was no problem for me, but they did not pay out what the said they would. I have at least 150-200 enrollments. They only paid for 12, they never said anything about if they change the plan we would not get paid. They lied about the schedules, they said it was flexible. They also said we get holidays off, that was another lie. they also said we will get unlimited overtime...... Another lie only when available and only if you any other color than white or black. If you are one minute late from a 15 min break they will take 15 mins from your check. They also will send you home if the call volume is low. But if you are any other color than black or white then you will never be sent home. They take and do not give back to their workers. It is like a sweat shop.

It used to be a great place to work, but the culture has changed and layoffs seem to be the wave of the future.
