Pros

There really arent any pros besides your schedule staying the same.

Cons

Was promised a sign on bonus, raise, and weekends off before hiring. During training we were told that wasnt true. Super strict policies that you can and will get fired for at the drop of a hat. Management is very sarcastic and expects you to know everything. Training is cumbersome and doesnt prepare you well for once you get on the phones. When sick and you call out you are reduced hours for weeks. Even if you provide a doctors note. Systems are constantly crashing or having issues. The pay is really low compared to what you have to deal with. Managers do everything they can to not get on the phone when a supervisor is requested. Alot of times theres no supervisors available to handle questions or upset customers and the supervisors act high and mighty and make you feel stupid for asking a basic question.
