Pros

Simple easy to do job. Work from home. I gave it 2 stars ONLY based on this.

Cons

The ad listing is a lie. This job works weekends, before 9am and after 5pm. I was hired as a mon-fri 9-5 and those ARE NOT my hours. I was told this would only be the case during AEP, this is also a LIE. You get little to no training in a group varying in sizes of 50-100 depending on the "class" your taking. Most of "class" time is taken up by trouble shooting peoples computer problems leaving little to no time for actual training. Terms are used interchangeably making it hard to decipher what someone is actually trying to tell you. You will deal with server side issues daily and major issues with THEIR equipment weekly. You will not be paid if their issues last for more than 30 minutes. You are not allowed to clock in until their system decides to work. During AEP you will be called and begged to do OT because they are not staffed accordingly.

Easy to move start time for work Managers willing to help out Provides work computer and equipment. Extensive training if your seasoned in selling insurance 3wks training. Managers understanding for health condition offered accommodation with forms. Did train on call script and platform for data entry. Ensured access to sites and logins- just be patient Paid for renewal of liscense not CE (Continued Education) credit During training you can move to other trainer and project just ask. Paid hrly-Inbound calls-Captive sales

Cons

If new to selling insurance not enough training on systems. Can not miss a day of training. Have to ship back equipment if misplaced label they’ll resend one. No spiffs or commission on the project I worked on. Weekend OT available
