It's a job for sure

Cons

You can feel your energy and mental health dip with each back to back call. You have people above you that don't know how to do your job, but still hound you for certain verbage. You can't place someone on hold for more than 2 minutes, you're constantly getting thrown under the bus depending on what departments you work in. If and when they up train you to take more lines of business you don't get compensated for it, and if you push for it they'll simply ignore you or threaten termination of the job.

It used to be a great place to work, but the culture has changed and layoffs seem to be the wave of the future.
