Pros
Glassdoor won't allow me to say "none." They require five words in this text field. Done.
Cons
Lots of them, some of the most notable: - There is a very real ceiling as far as earnings potential. As the top salesperson for my division, my bonuses were STILL getting cut routinely because the call review staff in the Philippines did not have a full grasp of the English language and would give me negative marks for not asking the "required" questions (which I did ask, upon review of the calls with my trainer). Although I was wronged out of several hundred dollars of bonus money, the internal bureaucracy was both unwilling and unable to review my undue negative marks and fully compensate me. -You will be babysat. This job is a daycare - most employees have no desire to perform well and managements response to this is, instead of incentivizing hard work and providing necessary training, to issue a litany of "points" and negative reinforcement for poor performance. There was actually a time where, as the top salesperson in the office, I was asked to "tutor" multiple employees who were not performing well. You read that correctly. I was taken OFF the phones (where my potential was maximized) to do the job of trainers and management - this is about when I gave up completely with the company (as if the borderline theft of my wages wasn't already reason enough).
