Pros

Not all management is bad. The trainer i began with was wonderful...it was those who came after...during grad schooling.

Cons

The systems always had issues. Couldn't ever log in therefor setting you back on training and learning the job appropriately in time. The trainer and the training supervisor were wonderful but once youre released from them in the grad school period your SME's are inconsiderate, rude, insulting, theres no direction, they will cuss at you they will insult you they will put you down...they allow other classmates to do the same...they choose favorites...they only care if youre on camera nothing more especially not guidance. The pay is way too low for the amount of work and hassel. The slow unworking systems are loaded onto your person computer running it down and you get no reimbursement and if your systems fail because of theirs you get let go. Too low of pay to not offer company equipment or reimbursement.

It used to be a great place to work, but the culture has changed and layoffs seem to be the wave of the future.
