awful, unrealistic expectations, selective accountability - Acct Supervisor ResultsCX Employee Review

They are phony and will lie. They set unrealistic expectations but give no tools and offer no product that allows you to meet them. They allow some to play on the job which causes increased workloads on others and they dont care as long as it doesnt affect them. Management pretends to care but is extremely phony. A bunch of fake snow flakes in management who talk alot of phony talk but walk none of the walk. I expect to see a lawsuit soon if they keep on this way.
