Cons
Management are disinterested, disorganized, reactive and only looking to cover their collective problems (which are many) Training is marginal at best Their WAN Apps are glitchy & don’t work properly 1/3 of the time They expect the employees to provide their own PCs, dual monitors, connected headsets & don’t reimburse for web access, etc. If you need to use the BR, you need to deduct from 15 minute breaks or sign out You’re a W2 employee but they don’t pay for federal holidays; if you don’t request or are approved for PTO (or have any) it’s a nonpaid day Can’t use PTO for sick time & are require 2 weeks notice that need to be pre-approved which may not be granted If you are dismissed from employment, they will not pay out your PTO; I understand losing out on sick time but your earned PTO? Too many cons, not enough pros for $14 p/hr save yourself a lot of stress & hassle
