Pros about working at ResultsCX: - Friendly people to work with - Very hands off when it comes to remote work - Clients are decent - Software used is decent
Cons
The downsides include: - Confusing management - You're treated like a number - Depending on client, is way too focused on metrics at times - Bad communication when it comes to technical remote problems - Relies on supervisors to give you information about the client/results and this isn't always reliable in my experience - Can get rid of you without a moments notice, even when they don't pull you into a meeting beforehand (some of this is due to client, but they get rid of you if there's trouble with the client for whatever reason) - They have lied about me transitioning to a new client, then changed their mind without informing us on what even happen d - Most of my original team I worked with, including my favorite supervisor, left very quick into this company (at least when I started working) - The pay isn't enough for the amount of work you do
